Steve began his real estate career in 2002, quickly becoming known for his market insight, negotiation skills, transparency and ability to structure creative deals.
In 2006, Steve got his real estate broker’s license and co-founded his first real estate brokerage with his sister Jennifer— a company that grew from the two of them to 60+ agents. For more than a decade, Steve personally trained real estate agents and investors, offering extensive coaching on acquisitions, contracts, pricing strategies, negotiations, and land evaluation.
In 2018, he sold a majority share of the brokerage after more than 12 years of successful leadership.
To streamline closings and provide more transparency to clients, Steve launched a full-service title company in 2011. This gave him—and now our sellers—rare insight into: Title defects, Probate issues, Liens and encumbrances, Quiet title actions, Correct handling of deeds, Florida closing procedures and more!
Joleigh Prevel – Licensed Real Estate Professional Since 2015 SL3316654
With a strong background in operations, marketing, and transaction management, Joleigh entered the title business in 2005 and eventually moved into real estate sales as a licensed REALTOR in 2015. She quickly became highly skilled in asset analysis, seller relations, pricing evaluation, distressed properties, and land acquisitions throughout Florida.
Together, Steve and Joleigh bring over 40 cumulative years of licensed experience and trust to every deal.
