In 2018, he sold a majority share of the brokerage after more than 12 years of successful leadership.

With a strong background in operations, marketing, and transaction management, Joleigh entered the title business in 2005 and eventually moved into real estate sales as a licensed REALTOR in 2015. She quickly became highly skilled in asset analysis, seller relations, pricing evaluation, distressed properties, and land acquisitions throughout Florida.
Together, Steve and Joleigh bring over 40 cumulative years of licensed experience and trust to every deal.
